Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 34–Limitation Act, 1963–Sec. 5–The provisions of Sec. 5 of the Limitation Act do not apply to the proceedings contained u/s. 34 of the Act–If the Court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from making the application within the period of three months, it can, further, extend the period of thirty days but not thereafter for filing the application for setting aside the award.
