Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 363, 326 & 376–POCSO Act, 2011–Sec. 3/4–Conviction–Appreciation of–Appellant gave allurement of sweets to the child victim and dropped her back near the place, where her parents were sleeping–He committed the offence in an extremely brutal and demonic manner to the extent that the private parts and anal orifice were virtually destroyed and her lip was chewed off by the appellant–Her statements were found corroborated with medical evidence–Victim identified him as the assailant–Proper appreciation of evidence by the trial Court–Interference declined in the findings of conviction and sentence.
