Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–Suit under–Petitioners are seeking the order of status quo–Conclusion of trial Court that the petitioners have failed to prove that they were in possession of the suit plot when it was alleged that they were dispossessed–Respondents are entitled for use the property including the raising of construction–However, to save the rights of petitioners, the respondents shall handover the vacant possession without claiming any compensation/damage to the said construction, in case the petition filed by the petitioners is allowed.
