Representation of People Act, 1951–Sec. 81–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–The wrong mentioning of the year of Conduct of Election Rules in the election petition–Effect–Same is not fatal to the maintainability of the election petition–If the substance of pleadings and contentions are taken into consideration, it is apparent that the petitioner intended and meant to rely upon the conduct of Election Rules, 1961–Amendment application deserves to be allowed.
