Partition–Final decree–Procedure of passing–Endeavour of the Court should be, while passing a final decree for partition by metes and bound to protect, preserve and respect the possession of the parties as for as possible–While so protecting the parties, there has to be equalization of shares which has been recognized in law by making a provision for payment of owelty.
