Allotment of shop–Charge of lease–Allegation that the charge of Rs.
10,000/- per square meter was received from petitioners whereas in same location, some shops were allotted at the rate of Rs. 3,500/- per square meter– Issue of situation of land cannot be determined in writ petition–Allotment was made in agreed condition and it was accepted without any protest–Prayer made in writ petition cannot be granted.
