for possession–Decreed–Justification–Sale deeds were got regd. after alleged dispossession–No reference in regard to delivery of possession in the agreements dated 7-5-1980–Trial Court made a new case by presuming the delivery of possession by relying on registration of documents–Plaintiff produced no evidence to show that the possession was handed over on 26-7-80–Further, findings in regard to dispossession are also based on the so called presumptions– Held, impugned judgment and decree are liable to be set aside.
