Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 11–Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Secs. 34 & 39–Lease deed executed between the parties, providing the arbitration clause–However, instrument in question which was executed on the stamp of Rs. 100/- is deficiently stamped hence can not be operated even to invoke the arbitration clause–Application is dismissed, however, applicant is given the liberty to move the fresh application after getting the instrument duly stamped.
