Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 21–Objection in regard to marking certain documents as exhibit–Rejected–Appreciation of–Plea of petitioner that Exp. 8 is not admissible in evidence as same is unregistered and unsufficiently stamped–Objection can be raised at the stage of final decision of case and Tribunal would certainly consider this aspect–Petition deserves to be dismissed.
