Contempt of Courts Act, 1971–Sec. 12–Civil Contempt–Ambit & Scope–Concerned person must have willfully disobeyed any judgment, decree, direction, order, writ, or any other process of Court or should have willfully committed breach of an undertaking given to a Court.
