General Rules (Civil), 1986–Rejection of application on the ground that the citations were incorporated in the application–General Rules (Civil) provide only a procedure for presentation, etc. and cannot be considered as mandatory in nature–That apart, the SDO could have directed for deletion of the citations incorporated in the application–Entire application could not have been thrown out on this ground.
