Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 251-A–Application for granting new way–Allowed by S.D.M.–Order set aside by RAA–BOR confirmed the findings of RAA–Appreciation of–Contradictory findings of S.D.M.–In one hand he observed that no alternative way is available and in other hand, he indicated that the shortest way available is the new way–Findings do not fulfill the requirements of Sec. 251-A–Held, order was rightly set aside by RAA.
