Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Grant or refusal of temporary injunction–Interference–Scope for–Precedent conditions –
(i) trial Court has acted contrary to law, or
(ii) has acted arbitrarily, or
(iii) findings of trial Court regarding to three elements of grant of injunction are perverse or capricious, or
(iv) there has been a misreading of the pleadings of evidence.
