Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 183 & 183-A–Distinction between both provisions–Section 183 provides for ejectment of certain trespassers, whereas Sec. 183-A provides for summary eviction of mortgage on non-delivery of possession of land after expiry of the period of mortgage.
