Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Secs. 9 & 13–Rejection of petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the husband–His subsequent obligation–He is required to make bona- fide and reasonable efforts to appeal to the good sense of the wife and to satisfy her that she should return back to him, she would be treated well and unless the husband is able to show the same in the subsequent petition, the wife cannot be wronged being in desertion.
