Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 90-A–Power under the Section cannot be exercised in derogation of statutory planing restrictions–A statutory Authority is a creature of statute and must act within the limitations imposed by law–No authority exercising powers under the Act can authorise a land use which directly conflicts with a notified master plan–Any such exercise would amount to transgressing jurisdictional limits and would render the resultant order a nullilty in the eyes of law.
