Stamp Act, 1899–Secs. 35 r/w. 49–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 14, Rule 5–Application for framing the issue as regard to admissibility of documents as these were insufficiently stamped–Trial Court gave direction for impounding of documents–Plea of petitioner that such direction could not have been issued in the application for framing of additional issues–Plea negated–Necessary fees has been appropriately paid and obligation has been discharged by respondent in pursuance of impugned order–Court below has jurisdiction to pass such order as the dispute should be resolved and should not be entangled in procedure in such a manner so as to make the proceedings frustrating.
