Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023–Secs. 35(4), (5) & (6)–Trial Court cancelled the notice u/s. 35(4), (5) & (6) without considering the facts that the petitioners had already submitted the bail bonds and were on the bail–Cancellation of the same would result in cancellation of the bail bonds–The order has been passed in perfunctory manner without assigning any cogent reasons–Impugned order is quashed and set aside–The bail bonds of the petitioners are restored and will continue till the culmination of the trial.
