Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 5–Mesne profit for use and occupation of the property–Property is situated in main city–Rent of Rs. 15,000/- per month can be obtained–Right of plaintiffs were determined on 09.04.2019 when the decree was passed in their favour–They are entitled to get Rs. 15,000/- per month from this date.
