Motor Accident Claim–Compensation–Income of Deceased–Tribunal assessed the income Rs. 4,914/- on the basis of wages for unskilled labour–Record of case reveals that a Hydra Mob Crane was registered in name of the deceased and he was paying Rs. 35,170/- every month of EMI for the crane–Bank transactions constitutes strong circumstantial proof of the deceased’s earning capacity–AW 2 stated that her husband was earning from agricultural work apart from the mining activities–Mothly income of deceased assessed Rs. 45,000/- and com-penation of Rs. 7,88,692/- enhanced up to 60,62,636/-.
