Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purposes) Rules, 1970–Rule 20(3)–After Dissolution of Co-operative Society, proceedings u/s. 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act were initiated against the petitioner–Petitioner has moved the application u/s. 20(3)–He has a right for getting allotment of the land being a member of the dissolved Co-operative Society–If he is evicted from possession, his right to allotment will be jeopardized for want of possession–Directed for expeditious consideration of the application.
