Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2 r/w. Sec. 151–Order of status quo in regard to complete land–Sustainability–Suit for partition and permanent injunction–In the prior suit filed by the plaintiff, there was no interim relief and that order was upheld in appeal–There is no dispute as regard to 50% share of land which was purchased in name of the appellant–Injunction ought to have been only with respect of the rest of the 50% of the suit property–Order deserves to be modified accordingly.
