Wakf Act, 1995–Sec. 83(9)–Dismissal of suit–Justification–Tribunal framed three issues for determination of the suit but solely dismissed the suit on the ground of limitation–Tribunal had to give findings on each of the issues separately after appreciating the evidence led by the parties–Impugned order is set aside and Tribunal is directed to decide the suit afresh.
