Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Secs. 24 & 7–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Objection as regard to payment of Court Fees–Rejected–Suit for declaration and declaring the power of attorney and sale deed null and illegal qua the rights of plaintiffs–Payment of Court Fees on the issue of mesne profit–Mesne profit can be determined after the decision of the suit and the Court Fees shall be determined at that stage–It cannot be said that the order passed by the Trial Court in regard to payment of Court Fees was disobeyed–Trial Court has determined the suit at the value of Rs. three lakhs and the Court Fees has been paid accordingly –Petitioner had claimed the valuation of suit Rs. three lakhs in his earlier application–Held, no case is made out for interference.
