Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 32 [Corresponding Sec. 26 of BSA, 2023]–Dying declaration–Aspect of corroboration–If a dying declaration is surrounded by doubt or there are inconsistent dying declarations by the deceased, then the Court must look for corroborative evidence to find out which dying declaration is to be believed.
