Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 97–Dispute as regards the gali between the lands of parties–Remand of case–Sustainability–Admitted facts that the respective pattas have been issued by the Gram Panchayat in favour of both parties–No mention of gali in any of patta–In the revision petition number 38/1998, it has been specifically held that the patta issued in favour of petitioner is totally valid and in consonance with law–The order has become final for all purposes–Once that having been affirmed, the dispute could not have been kept open to be raised and to be re-adjudicated–Impugned orders are liable to be set aside.
