Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 9, Rule 7–Limitation Act, 1963–Sec. 5–Rejection of application under Order 9, Rule 7–Appreciation of–Revision and writ petition against the impugned order have been dismissed–There is a delay for almost 14 years and there was no satisfactory or reasonable ground given by the appellant explaining the delay–Appellant had come to know about the order in the year 2011 but the first application was filed in the year 2017–Appellant remained negligent in pursuing the matter before the Trial Court–Held, no case is made out for interference.
