Criminal Jurisprudence–Fair Investigation–While the investigation was going in the two matters arising out of FIR nos. 33 & 34, Investigation Officer who had stopped the investigation in FIR no. 1/2024, lodged by the petitioner, reopened the case arising out of FIR no. 476/2021 lodged against the petitioner in which a final report had already been submitted–Matter of serious threat to the entire criminal justice system as an attempt has been made to play with law–Certain compelling situations to remark on the aspersions of the concerned police officials–Petitioners has also presented an additional affidavit that he made several written representations to senior police officials regarding fair investigation in FIR nos. 33 & 34 and 1/2024–Culprits of the case are belonging to different regions of the country and it may also be required to collect evidence from different parts of the country–Directed to transfer the investigation to CBI.
