Representation of People Act, 1951–Sec. 81(3)–High Court of Kerala Rules, 1971–Rule 212–Objection as regard to not producing the sufficient copies of election petition as provided in Rule 212–Negated by the High Court–Copies to be furnished under the Rule 212 are clearly in addition to what is required u/s. 81(3)–Appellant never made an allegation that the copy of election petition furnished to him was not attested by the respondent under his own signatures to be a true copy of election petition–Further, the Rule 212 introduces additional requirement prescribed by the High Court and the same cannot by any strech of imagination be read into and be made part and parcel of Sec. 81(3)–Objection was rightly negated.
