Employee’s State Insurance Act, 1948–Sec. 1(6)–(As inserted w.e.f. 20.10.1989)–After the amendment, the Act applies to the factory or establishment notwithstanding that the number of persons employed therein at any time falls below the limit specified by or under the Act–Impugned judgment passed by the High Court is liable to be set aside.
