Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 354–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing–FIR has been maliciously instituted by the wife of D who was the party to agreement, after they lost before the competent Court and got closure of the arbitration proceedings–It would be sheer misuse of process of law to continue the FIR–Quashed.
