Cancellation of Sale Deed–Suit for–Jurisdiction of Civil Court–Present suit is primarily for the relief of declaration of the adoption as well as the sale deed to be void–Relief can only be granted by a Civil Court–Revenue Court would not have jurisdiction to grant the above reliefs–Without the adoption and the sale deed having been declared to be void, it cannot be declared that the revenue entries in favour of defendants made on basis of the documents, were illegal and void.
