Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 304 Pt. I/II–Applicability–Defence did not even barely suggested that the deceased gave any provocation to the accusedwhich could justify the aggression of the accused in inflicting repeated forceful blows of sharp weapon to his sister-in-law–Plea deserves to be negated.
