Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Agricultural Land) Rules, 1970–Order of allotment was set aside by RAA–Appeal against–Allowed by BOR–Conclusion of RAA that the land in dispute is Maufi Land, therefore, it cannot be allotted in favour of P–Further observation that P furnished the forged copy of jamabandi and the patwari concerned also did not report the correct facts–Findings of RAA were based on surmise and conjectures–Simply because two types of jamabandi pertaining to the Svt. 2015 to 2018 for a piece of land is available in which names of two different land-holders are reflected, it cannot be concluded that one of the jamabandi is forged–RAA wrongly condoned the delay of 37 years–Further, the revenue suit for declaration of rights is pending–Held, BOR rightly set aside the order of RAA.
