Specific Relief Act, 1963–Relief of Specific Performance–Entitlement–Purchaser was to complete the agreement by payment of the remaining consideration within three months–Time was essence of contract–It can be concluded that the purchaser was not ready or willing to perform his part of the contract within the time stipulated–Suit is barred by delay, latches and limitation–Impugned order of High Court cannot be sustained.
