Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 20–Scope–When it appears that an amount which may appear to be a demand made by an accused has been passed to him, then a presumption u/s. 20 of the Act is made against him, and the burden of proof of rebutting the same lies on the shoulders of the accused.
