Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 43–Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994–Rule 80–Election petition–Defect–Tribunal granted the opportunity to cure the defect by order dated 25.09.2017–Thereafter, in another application u/s. 151, Tribunal imposed the cost of Rs. 1,500/- for causing the delay in cure of defect–Order of granting permission to cure the defect remained unchallenged until the subsequent order dated 10.07.2018 was passed–Court below noticed in this order that the respondent has cured the defect on 05.02.2018–When the Court below had decided to impose the cost for a slight delay, it was sufficient to give meaning to earlier order dated 25.09.2017–Further, the defects were curable as they were pertaining to material particulars–No interference is called in the impugned order.
