Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 397/401–Revisional Court passed the impugned order without hearing the complainant-respondent–Revision petition has to be decided as per law–Complainant is the necessary party and it is the mandate of law that he should be heard while deciding the revision petition–Impungned order set aside and matter remanded back for deciding afresh.
