Rajasthan Municipalities (Motion of No-confidence against Chairperson & Vice-chairperson) Rules, 2017–No-confidence motion–Conclusion of Division Bench that the ex-Officio members i.e. the members of the House of People and the Assembly has right to vote in a meeting for no-confidence motion–Conclusion is applicable prospectively–In the case of petitioner, no-confidence motion was carried out prior to passing the order by Division Bench–Conclusion can not be applied in the petitioner’s case.
