Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 9–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 364-A, 365, 343 & 346/120-B–Petitioner has served more than 24 years of the sentence without remission–He did not misuse the liberty after first parole and special parole–Out of the twelve cases, he has been acquitted in eight cases–If he engages himself in any untoward incident during the permanent parole, same can be withdrawn and he can be called upon to serve the remaining sentence–In view of his jail conduct, it would be just to allow him the permanent parole.
