Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 304-B & 498A–Scope–Whether the conviction u/s. 304-B can be recorded without any charge u/s. 498A ?–Held, yes–Both the offences are distinct in nature and must be proved separately–If the case is made out, there can be a conviction under both the sections.
