Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Order of eviction on the basis of personal and bonafide necessity of land-lord–Appellate Tribunal considered the evidence of PW 1 & PW 2 and recorded the findings of personal and bona fide necessity–Plea of availability of alternative place also can not be accepted because it is for the land-lord to decide and choose the place of business–Further, reasonable need of land-lord is to be taken into consideration as on the date of filing of the eviction application–Held, no interference would be warranted in the impugned findings.
