Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Case of pouring kerosene and burning of wife–Subsequent act of accused of pourning water when the deceased screamed for help–It cannot be considered as a mitigating circumstance as an act undertaken by a person in full awareness, knowing its consequences cannot be treated at par with an act committed by a person in a highly inebriated condition where his faculty of reason becomes blurred.
