Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 482–Quashment of criminal proceedings, where the dispute is of civil nature–Scope –Where the criminal complaints are filed in respect of property disputes of civil nature only of harass the accused, and to pressurize him in the civil litigation pending and there is a prima facie abuse of process of law, exercise of power u/s. 482 would be justified.
