Criminal Trial–Last seen evidence–Appellant was seen with deceased before two days of the incident–No evidence to show that he remained in the company of deceased for two days–However, testimony of witnesses of last seen was found embedded in all material particulars–Prosecution proved the fact that the car was belonging to the appellant–Appellant failed to offer the explanation in regard to incriminating circumstances–Held, circumstance deserves acceptance.
