Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 2(oo)–Termination of service on the expiry of contract period–Whether would be amounted to retrenchment within the meaning of Sec. 2(oo) ?–Held, if the termination is as a result of nonrenewal of the contract between the employer and workman on expiry of such contract being terminated under a stipulation in that behalf contained therein, the same would not constitute retrenchment.
