Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 394–Conviction–Appreciation of–Body of deceased well-identified–Witneses stated that the deceased was seen accompanied with the appellant and thereafter she was found dead–Feet of deceased were found chopped off and anklets were found missing–Same were recovered at the instance of the appellant–Recovery was well proved–Held, the conviction was justified.
