Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000–Sec. 12–Denial from bail to juvenile–When can be justified ?–Held, bail can only be denied in the cases where there appear reasonable grounds for believing that the release is likely to bring the juvenile into association with any known criminal or expose him to moral, physical or psychological danger, or the release would defeat the ends of justice–Nature or gravity of offence is irrespective.
