Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Secs. 147(5) & 149–Liability of Insurance Company in respect of the third party–Cheque of premium dishonored–Held, unless the policy is cancelled and intimation of such cancellation has been reached the insured before the accident, the liability in respect of the third party would subsist.
