Criminal Trial–Bail–Granting of–Relevant factors which are to be kept in mind by Court–Held, nature of accusations, the nature of evidence in support, the severity of punishment which conviction will entail, the character, behavior, means and standing of accused, circumstances which are peculiar to the accused, reasonable possibility of securing the presence of accused at the trial, reasonable apprehension of the witnesses being tampered with and the larger interest of the public and State are the relevant considerations.
